Booking Requirements
- Mandatory requirement of being vaccinated against COVID-19 with complete doses of either Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Johnson and Johnson.
- Age 18 and above will be allowed (Under 18 can travel with family but not allowed in Haram area)
- To arrive via an accredited Umrah agency by Saudi Arabia’s ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
- Maximum 2 people stay in one room.
- Minimum of 25 people's group are allowed which will be led by an approved Umrah agent.
- Negative Covid-19 PCR Test certificate 48 hours before travel
- Proof of double dose vaccination .
- 1 x Passport size pictures

HILTON SUITS MAKKAH
Overlooking the Holy Haram, Hilton Suite Makkah is situated in the heart of the city of Makkah. The hotel is only minutes’ walk from the Grand Mosque and close to the new King Abdullah wing of Haram and Al Shubaikah Umrah entrance Gate. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi and has a private separate Mosque for gents & ladies on the hotel premises.
The hotel is tastefully decorated with modern design and has private accesses from Ummul Qura street straight to the hotel entrance. The hotel has 484 well-appointed rooms and luxury suites majority of them are facing the Holy Haram featuring 47” screen smart LCD. All the suites and guest rooms are fitted with speakers with individual control to hear Azan from the Haram.
Hilton Suites Makkah provides dining with multiple restaurant’s and coffee shops all facing the Grand Mosque. The Hotel also has 24 hours In-room dinning facility. The property is adjacent to a modern shopping mall having all international brand outlets to choose from and provides a range of fast food restaurants.
As-Haabee Exhibition and The Holy Qur’an Exhibition are both 150 yards from the property. The nearest airport is King Abdulaziz Airport Jeddah and is approximately 100 Km away from the property.
MADINAH HILTON HOTEL
The Madinah Hilton Hotel is located only a short walk from the Holy Mosque, right in the heart of Madinah's shopping district. It offers rooms with satellite TV.
Each room is air conditioned and some have a seating area. A work desk and a minibar are fitted in all accommodation. Madinah Hilton Hotel has a range of shops on the ground floor. The hotel also provides a 24-hour reception, a business centre and a tour desk. Guests can enjoy a meal of traditional Arabian delicacies in the hotel’s Madinah Restaurant while admiring the view of the Holy Mosque. Madinah Hilton offers room service as well. Prince Mohammed Airport is 25 minutes' drive away.
HARAMAIN HIGH SPEED RAILWAY
The Haramain High-Speed Rail service is a 450km rail link between Makkah (Mecca) and Madinah. This train service was chosen as the best option to provide safe and comfortable travel for the pilgrims and to relieve the pressure on the roads connecting Mecca and Madinah. Haramine train service allowed us to cut down the amount of time taken to travel between Mecca and Madinah(apex. 2.5hrs).
