  • Visa: Tourist Visa (Tourist Visa fee non-refundable £130 per person if visa reject by authority)

  • Mandatory requirement of being vaccinated against COVID-19 with complete doses of either Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Johnson and Johnson.
  • To arrive via an accredited Umrah agency by Saudi Arabia’s ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
  • Proof of double dose vaccination letter authorised by NHS.
  • 1 x Passport size pictures
  • A.C.W.Y Certificate.
  • Proof of Address

  • Package Cancellation: Approx. £395 pp
  • Ticket Cancellation and No Show: Full amount of the ticket price

Their food in their Restaurat is nothing to write home about. But the Hotel is clean and well taken care of. I enjoyed staying there except their restaurant.

A very beautiful Hotel. But the parking is paid Of SAR 50/24 hours. And i think it should be free for Hotel guests. Other All were excellent

Very close to hraram. Everything was perfect in our stay of 2 nights. The room and washroom were spacious. Paid basement parking is available for 50SR/24 hours and 12SR/1 hour rates.

I'm currently staying at this hotel and it's absolutely perfect the rooms are big comfortable and have all the amenities and also the internet is also very fast I would recommend this hotel.

One min walk to Masjid Nabwi.Complimentary breakfast which was great.Would love to go again and again.Room needs to be renovated a little bit otherwise a great experience.

Big and clean rooms .. their breakfast was awesome they have a very clever bakers the food was fresh and the service was very goodIt will not be the last time I book this hotel
